Safety checklist

  • Assign a sober adult to actively supervise the water at all times.
  • Remember floats are leisure items โ€” not lifesaving devices or PFDs.
  • Use deep-water caution; weak and non-swimmers stay in the shallow end.
  • Keep toy items and small parts away from children under 3.
  • Inflate with the manual pump only โ€” never over-inflate in direct heat.
  • Pack a repair kit and check valves before the crowd arrives.
