Rates
US standard shipping is a flat $6.95 per order.
Orders of $55 or more ship free within the contiguous United States.
International shipping is calculated live at checkout based on destination and weight.
Processing & delivery
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
US delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on customs.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships.
If tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, contact support and we'll investigate.
Duties & taxes
International orders may incur import duties or taxes set by your country; these are the recipient's responsibility.
We declare orders accurately and cannot mark shipments as gifts.
Addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout — we can't reroute a package once it has shipped.
Orders returned as undeliverable are refunded less the original shipping cost.
Carriers
We ship via major regional carriers and select the most reliable option for your address.
Oversized items such as the XL floating mat may ship separately.
