14-day window
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Start a return by emailing support with your order number โ we'll send instructions.
Hygiene & safety exclusions
For hygiene and safety reasons, inflatables that have been opened, inflated or used can only be returned if they arrived faulty.
Repair kits, with broken seals, are non-returnable unless faulty.
Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, contact us within 30 days with photos.
We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including original shipping.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5โ10 business days of us receiving the return.
Outbound shipping on non-faulty returns is non-refundable.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, you cover return postage.
For faulty items, we provide a prepaid return label.
Not a safety guarantee
Our return policy covers product condition only. It does not imply any safety certification or lifesaving function โ every float remains a leisure item used under adult supervision.
