Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Start a return by emailing support with your order number — we'll send instructions.

For hygiene and safety reasons, inflatables that have been opened, inflated or used can only be returned if they arrived faulty.

Repair kits, with broken seals, are non-returnable unless faulty.

If an item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, contact us within 30 days with photos.

We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including original shipping.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.

Outbound shipping on non-faulty returns is non-refundable.

For change-of-mind returns, you cover return postage.

For faulty items, we provide a prepaid return label.

Our return policy covers product condition only. It does not imply any safety certification or lifesaving function — every float remains a leisure item used under adult supervision.
